How can I order the goods?

To ease the ordering procedure, JLD are pleased to offer our valuable customers three ordering channels, ie., Ordering by email , Fax Order Form and Issuing Formal Purchasing Order.




What is JLD payment term?

For contract value below USD50, 000.00, the payment is made by T/T: 30% down payment and 70% paid after finished manufacturing and before delivery;
For contract value more than USD50, 000.00, the payment is made by 30% down payment by T/T, and 70% via irrevocable L/C at sight;




What will JLD price term?

Our JLD can offer FOB ,CIF,EX-WORK at a reasonable price




What is the delivery way?

For light goods,we always choose freight forwarder(eg. FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT) For weight goods,we always choose sea shipping




What will be the delivery cost?

For local customer, we provide one-time free local delivery within shenzhen China for every order over CNY5,000 ( around USD736.00). Should the order amount less than CNY5,000, we can arrange chargeable delivery or you can collect your orders at our office.

For international orders, if you would like to have your nominated courier to collect the products, the delivery cost will be directly charged to your collect account of courier. Should collect account cannot be provided, the delivery cost will be additionally charged directly as our nominated freight forwarder (eg. FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT) charged.

Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser's carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee. If any item is backordered on an order qualifying for freight prepayment, that item will be shipped prepaid.




What is the minimum order?

Neither restriction will be imposed on the total value nor quantity of any order. However, you are not recommended to have small amount order as most freight forwarders will impose minimum charge per consignment.

If you have chosen bank wire transfer as payment, additional handling charge of US$50.00 will be added to bill for every order less than US$500.00
